ONLINE APPLICATION
Once you have filled in the online application you will be sent a confirmation email or phone call outlining your order details and any additional requests.
DELIVERY
Instruments are packaged and shipped within 2 working days from application approval. Instruments will be sent via Australia Post to the nominated address. Instruments are insured and registered when sent so customers will have to sign as recognition as receipt of their instrument. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $20 per instrument. This amount is deducted with the initial rental payment.
PAYMENT
You will be debited either by direct debit via a nominated bank account or credit card. The debits will then take place on the same day each month. Customers are responsible to make sure sufficient funds are available on this day each month. The monthly debit date will be confirmed in the paperwork that is sent with the instrument.
RENTAL PERIOD
All rentals have a minimum commitment of 3 months. If an instrument is returned before the 3 month period, the additional months payments will still be debited.
BUY OUT OF INSTRUMENT
Any time after the initial 3 month minimum rental period you may wish to buy your instrument. A buy out figure can be worked out by subtracting the monthly rental payment (excluding protection/maintenance plan) in full for the 1st 12 months. If you have rented for more than 12 months, 50% of the 13th to 24th months will also be deducted. After 24 months no more money is taken off the purchase price. Please call us at any time throughout the rental period to obtain a buy out figure. Balance of the 3 year warranty will be transferred to the customer when buying out an instrument.
RETURNING INSTRUMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to return the instrument at their convenience and expense. We recommend using Australia Post with insurance and registered. You may also choose to use the return address label enclosed with your original paperwork. The instruments must be packaged either in a box or bubble wrap. Instruments need to be sent to PO.Box 87 Kenthurst NSW 2156. If returning in person or by courier please send to 32/286 New Line Rd, Dural NSW 2158. Remember if you are returning an instrument to cease a rental contract, it needs to be in our possession before the debit date otherwise the next months rental will be charged.
